All of our records are maintained in a relational database. Your Testing Records provide you with an easy to read printout that more than satisfies the legislative requirements. This printout can be utilised by you as an Electrical Asset Register We can even modify our database to fit with any specialised reporting needs that you may have.
Scheduled Retesting of equipment happens automatically. We contact you before any equipment is due for retesting, to schedule a convenient time. This ensures you stay compliant.
Failed equipment. We give failed equipment to your staff for disposal or despatch for outside repair, or our qualified staff can repair it immediately. This saves you "Call-out" costs and minimises the disruption to your productivity.

How do I manage the Data?
At E.T.C.S. we offer you a full electronic database of your electrical testing which can be modified to become a full company asset register by our efficient bar coding facility. We also supply a hard copy manifest for any maintenance personnel.
Why would you use someone that's cheaper?
E.T.C.S. experience shows that the average inspection, electrical testing, tagging and data capture for an office environment as an example, using correct test equipment should be around 20 items per hour, per technician when properly conducted against compliance requirements.NOTE: This depends on item accessibility.
If another supplier quotes a faster test and tag rate, it would be prudent to question their process and equipment used, and whether you're getting the return on compliance investment you actually require. Only the tagging of brand new equipment will be faster.
