Facilities MaINTENANCE

ETCS devolped it's own fully automated electronic Maintenance Management System back in 2008 for all maintenance service contracts. It was designed to control and manage routine maintenance services on behalf of our expanding client base. The system designed by ETCS is like no other in that it is able to be integrated with actual test equipment for specific maintenance tasks and is able to log results without the need to manually enter them into the system.

The system flags and advises the maintenance requirements for each maintenance segment and even specific equipment to be inspected or tested.

Reports can be produced showing work completed. Reports can also advise the client of any extra work that has been carried out during routine maintenance.

A history of all maintenance activities and repairs are kept for a minimum of 7 years. Hard copies of all completed Field Tech maintenance work is stored also for future reference. This results in an accessible work history for each site to enable the client to confirm maintenance activities have been carried out and to comply with workplace OH&S laws.

ETCS has been providing a facilities management service since 2009 which has provided significant cost savings to our client with all service segments being carried by the one service provider.
